Privacy Policy

This covers Dalstudio accounts, payments and AI features. Each app's on-device data is described separately (e.g. Dalfocal, in Korean).

1. Controller

2. What we collect

• Account: email and name from Google sign-in, sign-in records.
• Purchases and subscriptions: products, subscription status and period, amounts, Paddle transaction IDs. Card details go to Paddle only; we never see them.
• AI usage: which app, when, which model and how much. We do not store the text you send or the answers.
• Feedback: what you send from an app, app version and device type, and a reply email if you give one. To limit how many notes come from one place per day, the sender IP is kept only as a hash that changes daily.
• Anonymous usage signal: app name, version and channel, sent once a day. The install ID is stored only as a one-way hash and is not linked to your account.

3. How we use it

Only to sign you in, unlock what you bought or subscribed to, count AI credits, answer feedback, handle support and refunds, and measure overall usage. We do not sell data or use it for ads.

4. Processors

• Paddle: payments, tax, receipts, refunds
• Cloudflare: servers and storage
• Neon: sign-in
• Google: sign-in
• OpenAI: receives the text you send when you use AI features, to produce answers

These providers may store data outside Korea, including in the United States.

5. Retention

• Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request.
• Payment records are kept as required by tax law (up to 5 years).
• Anonymous usage signals are kept only as long as needed for statistics.

6. Your rights

You can ask us by email to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

7. Changes

We update the date above when this policy changes, and give notice of significant changes.
