1. Who we are

Dalstudio makes and runs the Dal apps (Dalfocal, Dalclip, Dalnote, Dalchord, Dal Hub) and Dalstudio accounts. Contact: support@dalstudio.app.

2. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Purchases made in an app store such as the Microsoft Store follow that store's payment and refund rules.

3. App purchases

• A purchased app is yours to use with no time limit.
• Apps bought on the web are tied to your Dalstudio account and work on your own PCs signed in to that account.
• You buy a license to use the app. Dalstudio keeps the copyright. Do not resell or redistribute the app.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
• While subscribed, apps you have not bought are unlocked. When the subscription ends, only apps you bought remain.
• We email you before any price change. New prices apply from the next renewal.

5. AI features and credits

• AI credits included in a subscription refill monthly and do not roll over.
• AI output can be wrong. Check it before relying on it.
• We may block access if AI features are used to harm others or break the law.

6. Accounts

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. Do not share your account. To delete your account, email us.

7. Liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Dalstudio is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the apps. Please keep backups of important data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

When these terms change we update the date above, and give 7 days' notice of significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
